Simple enough, do the fighters guild abilities such as slayer and expert hunter effect players that are vampires as well?

I heard it did, never tried it myself though.

But apparently, this was done to prevent everyone to just go vampire/werewolf without drawback.

Yep, they sure do. Vamps are considered undead and skilled tracker passive allows fighter's guild skills to affect WW's too.

You can make a vampire/ww hunter type class that's dedicated to hunting them down.

Out of curiosity, how would someone hunt down a vampire or ww in game?

I miss the days rolling a bounty hunter in SWG and hunting down jedi players.   If ESO has some sort of similar system, I would definitely consider investing more time into the game.

They hunt them in the PvP sections of the game.

This is a cool idea, a skill that makes vamps or WW glow or something and maybe even a tracker that would hint at the direction of the closest unstealthed one.

That would probably be to powerful though, it would make it to difficult to be a vampire or WW.

There's the Bounty Hunter skill in the Fighter's Guild tree, and it says an NPC in cyrodiil will offer you bounty quests. I haven't unlocked the skill so I don't know what that means.

Other than that, I was thinking the role playing sense as in you look for vamps and ww's  and go after them instead of regular players.

That's lame.  Cyrodiil is mostly empty except the zergs so that's kinda useless.

Would have been cool if vampire / ww players could be detected in normal zones and attacked by other players who have the appropriate skill set active.

Being a Vampire or WW should have a big downside to offset the perks or it's little more than another skill line everyone has to get.  There should be very real and significant downsides to choosing that path otherwise the choice to not go with either of those skill lines doesn't exist.  After all it's a choice between Vampire, Werwolf or normal not just between Vampire or Werwolf.

Yeah! They should make it so there are three "factions". Vampire, WW and Bounty Hunter. If you become any of the three you are vulnerable to pvp against the other two factions even in non pvp zones (except in cities). But I think if they did that the Vampires and WW should become more powerful somehow and have ways to escape combat so they are harder to catch.

Wow, if they did that becoming a vamp or WW would actually be interesting to me.
