I hope i get 60fps

  Well I sent back my r9 290 because mainly it was to loud, but the other reason was even over clocked with my cpu at 4.5ghz i couldent get a steady 60fps+ at 1080. I ordered a 290x, and a water cooler. I wont get it till Tuesday because he didnt tell me he was gonna ship it the slowest shipping possible. Any ways, I ran my radiator in my basement which is like 35f at night and 45f during the day. Which dropped my cpu temp from 30c idle to 10-15c idle. I did it for when i get my 290x, i plan on cranking it to 1400/1800 if i can. 

Any ways any one with a water cooled 290x, or a custom cooler 780ti that plays this with a i5 3570k, or something like that. That can tell me for sure that i can get 60+fps on ultra 1080, at all times with something beastly like that? With my 290 air cooled over clocked to 1100 and i think the ram was 1600, I got 45-85. Most of the time it was around 60, towns and such dropped it as low as 45. I also messed with the INI, to make it so it used 1200mbs of v ram instead of like 600. Based on that the stock thing, stops most high textures from staying around you. 

All I can say I really hope so!! 

O yeah also with the new set up for the cooling in my basement, I got my over clock up to 4.8ghz, not that I believe a CPU over clock is going to help, but...
