ESO Crashing

I can't seem to launch the game today. Every morning I launch the game to feed my horsey a speed apple, never before I've crashed at startup and I've logged most days since launch, but today as soon as I start the game I receive a crash window of ESO.  I don't even get to see the bethesda/zenimax intro logo.

I've been trying for quite some time to log in, switched gpu programs from afterburner to evga precision x, turned on and off sweetfx, restarted the computer, tried administrator access, double checked for anti virus firewall, everything to my knowledge as to fix this. Nothing works!

Anyone had this issue before? If so what could it be? There was no patch no nothing, yesterday I could log in and today I can't. I've changed nothing in my computer since then.
