30 Plus zones have five levels of War and one level of peace.
War levels 1 - 4 you can kill people of the other faction, you lose or gain no Honor points, if they have trade packs they drop them and you can pick them up.
War Level 5 Same as level 1-4 but you gain honor points for killing people and lose them for getting killed.
Peace - you can not attack people on the other faction.
You can flag and kill people of your faction in these 30 plus zones even during peace, so if you see someone on your faction with a pack you can flag and kill them. When you do kill them they will leave a blood spot if someone then clicks on that blood spot you will get a criminal point.
Each death in PvP will increase your re spawn time if they happen in short time from each other, small area at the rez stones you can not use skills.
