Recruitment:
Applications will be taken at our site www.lotd.org in this FORUM.
We are recruiting all Classes for  Both competitive PvP and PvE raiding.
Raid Times : (Yet to be determined)
 

Brief History:
LotD was founded in 1995 and has dominated multiple MMORPG's over the years. The guild is a mixture of quality hardcore and casual killers whom we have retained over the past 19 years. Lords of the Dead has garnered respect for its successful history of PvP in every game it has played.

For Wildstar we will have both a strong PvP and PvE Focus. LotD has been a major force in multiple games over the years including Ultima Online, Shadowbane, Fury, Age of Conan, Warhammer, Aion, Rift, Swtor, Guild Wars 2 and many others.

Guild Goals:
The goal for us in this game is simple. Dominate both PvP and PvE through teamwork, skill, and preparation.

We are looking for PvP and Raid oriented individuals who have time to commit and desire to win.
 

Recruitment Rundown:
We are primarily a PvP Guild, and as such PvP is the main focus of our activities. However, with Wildstar's "Elder Game" PvE oriented players will find opportunities to contribute to the guild. Examples of such participation could be leading quest groups, organizing events, aiding levelers, and participating in other non-PVP aspects of the game. A burning passion for PvP is not required, but a bit of a taste for PvP is suggested.

The character of our members is important to us. Our ideal candidates are mature players who can be part of a strong community. We have no desire for drama or trolls. We set our standards high and hold everyone in our guild to them.

We are looking for players who will be active. We respect that our members have personal lives and their time is precious. We are looking for players who can commit at least 10 hours/week most of the time. We will schedule various PvP, PvE, and other game related events each week. Attendance to all these events is not mandatory, but participation in such Guild events is a big part of being in LotD.
 

Voice Chat:
We use and require Teamspeak version 3, a free VoIP program.

We have a 500 slot Teamspeak server for general guild use, and have a guild fund to increase the slots as needed.
 

Why Choose LotD?
We are very selective with membership screening, but not elitist. We give everyone worthy a fair chance to prove that they belong in the guild and that they can contribute to the guild's success. Successful applicants are those who are dedicated, deadly, and dominant on the battlefield.?

    Our Roster is filling out Quite nicely with open Beta. We will have a good number at launch but are still looking for more PvX players. We are a Large PvP based community but are going to be hitting the PvE content hard. If you are a Raider still looking for a home, check us out!

    Would any of you mind responding on what you expect your schedule to be like? I plan to easily commit 10+ hours a week to this game; however, due to my work and family life I'd prefer to keep raid's at twice a week 3-4 hour sessions max. I can PvP on an almost nightly basis and large sections of the weekend.

    As a PvX chapter, LotD will have an established weekly schedule addressing "40 & 40" Elder Game content (both 40 man Raids and Warplots).  Since there will be crossover between our PvE and PvP 40 man rosters, the weekly schedule will never have conflict between PvP and PvP.  So if you only want to raid (or warplot) a couple nights a week, and mess around questing other nights, that will be viable.

    LotD is currently working on attunement for raiding, and progression in Veteran Dungeons and Adventures. We have scheduled events through out the week. PvE - Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. PvP - Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Our PvP team runs practice BGs for new members and Rated BG teams run regularly during the week. Check out our recent Illium invasion! -

    LotD has transferred to Pergo! We are currently recruiting for Rated Battle Grounds and 20 player Raids. We are currently 1/6 GA and making progress.
