Bill Murphy's PVP dream comes true! Bonus to Underdogs in testing!

In Bill Murphy's recent review on ESO he states:

"Perhaps ZOS can add in some sort of underdog bonus to those factions who fall really far behind. Enough to help level the playing field, and keep things tense. Because once one side runs away with a campaign, it’s likely that the others will give up and stop fighting."

Looks like Zenimax is listening to Bill Murphy's wants atleast half of them,  whats next?  Personal Rewards for PVP?  I hope so:

Alliance War Changes

A new population underdog bonus has been added. When your alliance is outnumbered in a campaign (determined over several days of population samples), it will receive a bonus to potential scoring and alliance points. You’ll see an indication of this bonus in the scoring UI if it is active.

The XP awarded for killing enemy player characters has been doubled.

XP rewards for completing the quest to kill 20 enemy player characters have also been increased.

I don't think that type of bonus will make a difference.

if you win you get a Million dollars

if he wins he gets 10 dollars

you aren't going to see that million dollars
