At this point I have a feeling that they might perma ban you. The Reason?
A case of Blame the Victim. After your 3rd ban, even while not being able to log into the game the appeals department is going to start thinking you are doing something wrong even though you are not. While a more serious problem, its similar to what happens in Rape cases. People start blaming the victim, making up stories as to why its the victims fault and not the assaulting person.
While this is in no way shape or form as serious as rape, it very well might end up with the same outcome of Blaming the Victim. If your quitting MMOs from this, take it as a message from the universe that your meant to quit I guess. Zenimax does not deserve your, and your wife's money.
As you can see below even posters are starting to do this. Blaming the Victim. Because they feel like it would never happen to them, and question why it is happening to you so they rationalize that it must be your fault.

Thats what the rep said, apparently all bannings are done by a person he said, so it would have to be a data entry error like typing the user ID number wrong as he suggested. Someone was reported for excessive cussing, and when the went to ban they put the wrong ID number in.
That certainly sounds possible but I have to ask: about the "again" part of your title? What happened the first timer?
I think it's more the fact that this is not your first ban that is making some see some smoke....
I mean, I and my guildmates must be living a charmed life: nearly 300 of us and no bans to anyone yet for any reason. And you've had 2?
They got my ban lifted, logged on downloaded updated played from 39.5 to 41, quit out. Logged back in I was 39.5 again, sent in a ticket and they are yup known bug with the update so sorry move along.
Then they had the balls to send me a CS survey.
LOL I tore them a new ass on that survey lemme tell ya.
Thats it, I will be asking for a refund. They keep closing my case, and now customer service just hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my 36 years alive. I love the game, but I wont be abused by Zenimax.
Any graphical, audio, or gameplay restrictions not seen in other mmos but found in FFXIV can be blamed on one thing. PS3
I cant believe this, they lift the ban as the ban expires after investigation.

I think you might get banned again .You might be better off just asking for a refund and you should quote your wrongful bans as a reason and the tardiness of their response and lack of compensation.
A couple of guildmates got banned as well for reporting bots, we are starting to notice a trend so much so that in our guild forums we have a post " DO NOT report bots/gold spammers if your playing ESO". This right here just shows the inexperience of a company with something that they were not prepared for.
Kinda reminds me of Bioware and SWTOR...lets see... lack of endgame.... bad engine....bad customer service...lack of experience in making MMO... glad i learned my lesson from TOR and tried the beta before buying. On a side note alot of the issues might have been seen and fixed if they had at least a 2 week open beta instead of quick weekend stress test. That's the one thing SWTOR did right they just did'nt listen to the players.

I didnt have issues with the game other than their horrible customer service. Their reps can't even give the same story when you call them.

I play normally with a group of about 7 people. We ALL report bots and gold spammers as much as we can. I have easily reported over 60, and we can all play just fine. I'm in several 300+ people guilds as well, and from the active base there, no one has been banned either. I'm not saying the issues stated above doesn't happen, as mistakes do happen, I'm just a bit skeptical that it's in any way widespread.
I am having a little trouble believing all of this but if it is true, I sincerely feel for you. I personally have not yet found a game that is so fun that I would tolerate this l amount of frustration.

The first time they banned you, sure I can see it being a mistake and giving you the benefit of the doubt. This time? No, you obviously did something or it wouldn't of happened. I'm sorry, I just can't give the benefit of the doubt to anyone a second time, I'd have to hear ZOS side of the story to believe you again.
Currently Playing: ESO and FFXIV Have played: You name it If you mention rose tinted glasses, you better be referring to Mitch Hedberg.

I didn't see anything that looked like an apology in that letter, more likely you complained and they decided to just unlock it since you were most likely tying up their CS. This hasn't happened to anyone else as far as I know, I haven't seen any "mistaken" ban posts on the official forums. The letter reads like they feel like it would be easier just to let you play again than argue with you.
In fact, their reply really doesn't explain anything about the situation, all it says is they reversed it with no admission of a mistake.

Obviously there wouldnt be a thing I could show you to change your very closed mind. Do you want to see the letter for when they credit me four days game time? As soon as I get that one maybe THAT will make you see reason.
