The game will be fine. The locusts will move on as they always do (boggles the mind that anyone would pay 60 dollars for one month of a game might as well stick to single palyer games if you do that).

Any graphical, audio, or gameplay restrictions not seen in other mmos but found in FFXIV can be blamed on one thing.

    I already bought a 6-month sub.

Does that answer the question ? image

Easy...make up your own mind... by yourself... quietly... why even ask that question here?

Yeah, I think the game, and these forums,  will actually get a lot better in the next month or so. I think ZOS has shown great progress with bot controlling and bug fixes.

Unless they stop progressing the way they are, I will be playing this for a very long time.

3 Month sub here.  The game is not perfect but it's still a very good game regardless of the bugs.

I'm not disputing if the game will be fine or not, but it's pretty obvious there are some glaring issues that need to be looked into, and with the free trial coming to an end it's a pretty important week for ZoS.

It's also an interesting week because we get to see if ZoS can step up and give the doubters and naysayers a reason to sub.

Don't assume everyone who is unhappy with the current state of the game is a content locust either

Sub if you like the game, Don't sub if you don't or want to wait.

    It is simple as that.

Yes, I'm going to sub for a few months.  I'm taking it slow and don't expect to hit 50 for some time.

I'm confused as to why people are saying "make up your own mind" "sub if you want to"

Where are you coming from? I didn't ask if you think I should sub or not did I?

I asked 2 questions, has the game grabbed you enough to sub / can ZoS ramp up updates to really bring in the subs in the last week..

Please share. Bot controlling? There are more bots NOW then 2 weeks ago. Ebonhear Pact alone has 15+ bots running around. Then every dungeon has them. As you get higher up you wont see as many. Staring zones are where they are.

"locusts" will move on? Funny.. We dont know 90% or more of the other players yet you bash and make fun of them. As if staying with bugs, bots, gold spam and as of patch 1.06 bots, gold spam, bugs are all still there. So a..yeah your the smart one to stay. Less people PAYING REALLY helps ESO..man thank GOD they are leaving huh! LOVE THE GAME even better now with less people

NO the game wont be fine. The dupes which most mmos get yet this one I dont know one guild that didnt use some of them.

Dont you see all the bots? Well if there is no demand they would not be there. This shows you the ones LEFT are the ones still buying from them. Thats who your playing with. The ones that would rather not put up with buts and bots left so be nice

Yes, I will continue my subscription. I've been playing the game casually (as I have just too many other things on my plate) and I have been really enjoying myself.

I have my quibbles, dislikes, things I wish were different, but taken on its own merit it is an enjoyable "elder scrolls MMO experience".

what you said bugs me and I was compelled to reply to you. People are not locusts, it is not players fault for not liking a game which has bugs in it that causes them frustration and stress. What OP is saying is that with the bugs in the game (to which many take issue with) are not fixed, then come sub time people are either going to not want to continue playing, or simply not sub and might return at a later date.

Of course there are those who are prepared to muscle through the game regardless, bugs and all and that is fine. They know what they are getting into and if they are having fun, then sure, that's up to them and their preference. But, I take a personal ire towards though who treat or regards other poorly for not wanting to play a game that has caused them frustration. Make light of it all you will, as have many ESO supporters, the game has issues, they are trying to address these issues but for some, it's just too late.

As for the price of the game and the month, in honest I think this is still a good investment. Not many games give you a months worth of gameplay for the box price. So even if they do play and leave at least they got their money's worth even if they have no designs to continue.

ESO has been under siege for several months now unfairly in my opinion but it is what it is.  I think it's a combination of unrealistic expectations with a general hatred for everything AAA theme park coming to a head in this game.  This subject has also came up no less then 3-4 times on these forums already as well so it does start to get a bit old having the same discussion over and over again.

As for your two questions I already answered the first and yes I will be subbing for at least 3 more months.  As for the 2nd I don't think we will see a week before sub time big patch from Zenimax.  I think they are going to sell their PTS patch notes as coming soon and depend on that most people are not VR10 yet and will want to be before the first adventure zone comes out and PVP to hold them over.  We will see how that works out in a week I guess.

What's wrong with communicating accurately by making the title: "I'm subbing, how about you?" or "I'm not subbing how about you?" instead of "that is the question" cutesy Shakespearian crap... if that's what you actually mean to say that is... original it would not be since we get at least 10 of these a week... but at least you'd be accurate.

    Anti-communication? lol...L2communicate.

i will be subbing for a month to see what all gets fixed and to get to VR10. If I am VR5 to VR10 and I do not think it is worth it to sub for a 2nd month then I will be leaving the game. Until then the game isn't bad. Most of the time any problems I have are fixed with a quit game and reload game. Most of my problems were in the 1st few weeks.

How is dropping $60 or $80 on a buggy game a good investment? Because it will never go F2P or even get better? Buying the game when it actually works would surely be an even better "investment", not that you're going to get much Return on that "Investment" ever anyway.

Well, I am one of the odd ones because I pre-ordered the game then got sick and didn't start playing until 4/21 (Thankfully the pre-order code still worked at that point) but I have 21 days till my sub is up.  Really you missed one major perk (any race any alliance) by failing to pre-order.

Thing is I am only 10 on 2 characters so far.  I have encountered a few bots out there but not a large number of them.  I had one small rollback (the game doesnt save unless you zone -- so if you have played for 30 minutes or gotten a good drop etc -- 10 seconds to log out and back is worth it) but otherwise it has been fine that way as well.

I plan to hold a subscription for a few months -- It is certainly going to take that long to hit max level for me.

How would you gage the communities feelings by posting here is the question I must ask ? or by community did you mean MMORPG not ESO?

The answer to most will be no, no resub.  Simply put, there are many who are just playing this a single player game, once they reach VR3 or so, I think many will leave, as doing repetition without gain is a fruitless endeavor.

The PVP crowd, unless they give more incentive, they will move on.
