Need a new MMO Help!!! :(

Hi guys, just made an account to ask since I've ran out of choices. A while ago I found a game called Lucent Heart which even though is an MMORPG as any other it had amazing social appliances, such as the cupid system which could allow people to online game date (Pretend stuff for fun, ya know?) as well as the (AWESOME) idea of synchronised dances in the game with music that you'd automatically danced to, I also happened upon an active guild where everyone was sociable and friendly and we all had an awesome time together, I didn't even level past 20 (Pretty damn low level), I just had continuous fun chatting and playing about with these systems, hell the best part of it was how you could create your own dance routine with each of the numerous moves from the game.......However, I've lost touch with those gamers as they have moved on, the game seems barren and empty now and I've been searching for a game similar to that ever since......Help guys!  

TL:DR - Looking for a sociable MMORPG where there is a form of cupid system (Love system) and a populated one at that
