You forgot 2% milk! I started with 2% as a child, moved over to 1% skimmed, than I broke away from the family trend, because 2% tastes better, than I read something in a fitness book that said skimmed is the way to go. So, thats the way I went. It's not easy making the switch. It takes time.... hehe
I drink whole milk. I've had skin milk... you can't pay me enough to start drinking that on a regular basis...
