These are remarkably skilled players that WON the game.
I heard this is the right place to hype the game up so it can gain new players, from casuals to hardcore, to feed these vampiric blood bath. More meat for the meat grinder.

TLDR ; I love this IP, this game (in general I wasn't annoyed by the bugs and other shortcomings). But this is just ridiculous. Game is broken beyond belief. Spread the word, force ZOS to balance that shit out. This is just gross, and I'm disgusted. If it ain't fixed soon ZOS will lose a fanboy (and I can tell you I got thick skin I played Warhammer from beginning 'till the end, and this is 100x more broken than Warhammer ever was).

Then perhaps the noobs in that vid should get out of melee range? The ONLY reason why that emperor is being alive is due to the vampire ultimate. It's really that simple. He's alive because the enemies are dumb and dont know the mechanics, just like yourself calling out for nerfs.
At the same time, I do understand that it could be taken a look at as vampire ulti is powerful with the right DK skills.
They aren,t all 'emperors' as all classes can get close to no ult cost if you stack properly (easier on sorc), infinite magicka / stamina (block spam spam) on DK.
You have no clue or play a vamp yourself.
As one of the vid maker said : No, I am not emperor by the way.
Just read the descriptions u noob. Anyways emperor or not it shouldn't be in game to begin with. People complained about Bright wizards in Warhammer, and this is just 100% more aggravating because 1 person can do this not a whole coordinated group.
Originally, I thought the super OP emperor was a stupid idea. I've seen them ingame and saw the raging on the official forums.
After giving it some thought I actually like the idea. It's only one person per PVP server. It's not like there are 200 of them running around. One dude gets to be a raid boss, it's an interesting concept.
Those vids aren't all emperors. Fact, most of them aren't. Only 1 or 2 are emperors.
FACT, I'm having fun right now with my FOTM sorc / vamp build. my ultimate cost is reduced to 20%, not breaking a sweat. I just need to be surrounded by people, drop a few AoEs and it's ready to pop non-stop. You'd know that you can build your gear with -ult cost traits and some passives.
But as the other guy said, I'm the noob that needs to L2P. LOL at those mouthbreathers. This is unnaceptable, gross, BS design. HUGE game imbalance. In a few weeks from here, everyone needs to be a vampire, this will be Vamp vs Vamp scrolls online, EPIC !
BTW, I'm totally against this shit and I want it fixed ASAP.
I saw that last one earlier today and that is just ridicolous. Atleast the player thinks so as well - always something. So many that wants easy mode and tell others to learn to play when it is obvious that they cannot even get him down even the people standing out of the area. I must say I love this game and have had the most fun so far in a game in a very long time but after watching this video I have a tough time logging in until they fix it.
I must say that there are a few broken abilities in the game that I cannot understand passed beta. I mean we do have some experienced MMO guys that have helped Zenimax with this game. They should know that some of those abilities should not be in the release.
'stand out of the area' is the lamest excuse for an imbalance ever heard in gaming history.
Get out of that keep you're trying to take, a vamp is coming. Nope, you can't cross that bridge, a single vamp is holding it.
Yeah, this isn't broken. All the non-vamp players just need to L2P.
Most of those vids are made by non-emperors.
If ONLY the emperor can pul shit like this off, no problem, but if any Vamp / Sorc, or Vamp / DK can pull this off, then we'll be having a problem sooner rather than later (as more and more people turn Vamp and level their Vamp skills).
The only thing you need really is a SnB, max out your -ult cost via gear / passives, blocking hits will block silver bolts and other CC (only roots and fears aren't blockable, and you can just roll out of roots). So easy and mind numbing.
Game is in beta state. So many things to iron out.
It's about responding and acting accordingly to a mechanic. And as a reply to your previous comment, I am a vampire myself so I know the mechanic. It's when you have buffs, such as the DK, that increases ulti gain, that you can easier keep it up. You're being so butthurt in your comments trying to prove your points. While they are fair, it still doesnt change the fact that they can move out of the bat swarm. They should've done that as soon as they disocvered that he was indeed a vampire, you got big bats flag around you with a shrieking sound. The crowd was hammering the guy without tactic involved, and this is what they get. And notice in the first vid the guy dies as soon as he isnt sorrounded.
You are wrong on all accounts bro. My tone is in direct correlation to the extreme disapointment I've had when I discovered I was able to farm noobs like in these vids. Like I said in my OP, I played Warhammer, bombed the shit out of zergs for years untill everyone left and server merges, rinse and repeat advitam eternam, untill the game died. I don't want this to happen in ESO. And you know why I did bomb in WAR ? Because it was either do it or die to it. We fought bombs with moar bombs, and the originality and diversity went to crap. I don't want this game to turn in Vamp vs Vamp online.
So hum, you day, 'duh, move out of melee range, nubs' Well, duh, I can root you, snare you and knock you down in the batswarm and you'll die before you can react, nub.
As for your asumption that I'm butt hurt over this, well, this is a game I love and I want it to thrive for years, but with broken shit like that I fear it will fall like an 18 wheeler down a cliff.
Yes, Bat Swarm and its morphs need a nerf... next!
EDIT: I should add though that it's not impossible to counter: they need several people closely packed and trying to melee the vamp for it to work... same for any AOE build really. You need to CC and range these guys. it's a challenge but it can be done.
Biggest mistake many make in PVP is insisting on meleeing in all situations all the time...does not work.

Yeah I got ya and the other guy's response. It's to stay away from vamps that pop batswarm, we all got it.
But that dosen't work in reality. Because actually, the Vamp will mist / stealth up to you, he'll close gap with a leap, or a pull, and simply tear you apart without any chance to do anything whatsoever (well, usually they spam block so they'll block everything you throw at them, only fear and root will effect him).
Also, they only need 6 ppl around them, because that skill is actually capped at hitting 6 people. Bu 6 are enough to top him off constantly and give him enough Ult to use it without downtime. If there are more than 6 players, it's perfect.
Nah to me, the biggest mistake in PvP in this game is allowing this broken stuff to happen. All on Zenimax online. Bunch of amateurs. Who could've predicted that a low cost ultimate ability and reduce ult cost passives and gear would in FACT reduce that cost to almost 0. Do they hire number crunching people or what ? Quality testing ? Math formulas ? This to make it to live is heartbreakingly bad. And many of those devs make 6 digits a year. Yet, they fail at basic maths.
Well whatever. if you want to spin it into a development failure by zenimax and throw a tantrum, fill your boots.
But to anyone older than 15 who has PVP'd in many MMOs it is just another OP'd ability combo that is about to be nerfed... nothing I haven't seen 100 times before in every PVP game I have ever played...

Why wasnt this fixed already in the beta and reported by long term beta tester on PTR servers ?
I never heard or did read from long term beta testers about Vampires who can spam ultimates, killing alone a whole raid group with 80 people.
I remember that a video was shown with an emperor in group with others who did own, but not like in current videos where an emperor alone takes a whole castle, immortal and spamming his ultimates.
This whole situation is amateurish.
I have never seen such overpowered abilities in any mmorgp I played not even in betas, its totally broken.

Who cares? Every single MMO came with the one or the other bug allowing for FOTM specializations. Be it one shotting Savages in DAoC, AE spamming Death Knights in WoW, No-LOS Grasp of Death abusing Necros in Age of Conan, imbalanced OPs and Sniper damage in SWTOR or now the Vampire skill line in TESO enabling easy farming of Noobs.
Always keep in mind that MMOs are games that are constantly under development. Nerfs have already been announced. Until then, simply move away from Vampires and make use of disabling skills.
Yep fire all the beta testers imo. TSW rifle beta skill line would have SLAUGHTERED these ESO Vamps. I wish I still had the screen shot of 50+ hits in under one second from cascading passives. lol
