I came across a cottage deed the otherday are there any spots left open for cottages in the world or are they all full?

Also if i wanted to buy a cottage or house flat out from someone what kinda gold can i expect to pay? 50k? 100k? 200k?

No open spots. Occasionally one will open up but normally a fight over placing a deed. Cottage deeds sell for around 50k and you can buy a house for around 200-400k depending on what it has inside and location.
