There's been some dev footage show casing the Action per minute monitor in the game, this is only really useful for those hardcore players. However, I wonder what the other game's APM would like with such a tool.

It really does dispel the notion of twitch combat, when you can see the action inputs displayed before you. Remember old folks, the only twitch combat that exists in the world in the comments are found in twitch streams.

Why Black Desert "Online"? Is there a Black Desert single player?
Why "maccarthur2004"? Are there 2003 other maccarthur's on this site?
Only about 1:30 into the video. They are AoE kiting the mobs. One click to hit ALL mobs is a fair assessment? I'll keep watching to see what else happens.
[Edit]
Also, every movement key they press is not needed on a tab-target based MMO.

I just do not see it. Dodge (+1 button mash) or dodge double-tap (+2 button mashes) adds up. My combat in EQ consisted of:
1) Auto-attack.
2) Kick when available.
3) Bash when needed to interrupt.
My Bard in EQ had my 3-4 songs going constantly, so every 3 seconds I was pushing a song button. No Dodge, or Parry buttons pushed.

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.- FARGIN_WAR
Are you thinking of Bless?
Because last I checked, and watched it was action combat in Black Desert.
