Crafting for th Guild- How to track work orders?

Any suggestions on an application that can track crafting work orders for a large size?   I'm looking for an application that would be where crafters and buyers meet to fulfill orders, request items, or restock supplies....an automated process.  It's something that would augment the usual "ask for x item" in guild chat.
