MMORPGs MOBAs and other mutiplayer online games that have native gamepad/controller support

I posted this list on reddit, and not surprisingly, it got down voted immediately and did not progress. I thought I would also post it here since I have seen a lot of people ask about games with gamepad support.

I don't want to make this about how using a mouse + keyboard is better. I have a lot of wrist problems and can no longer use a mouse to game. I'm not willing to give up gaming, so using a gamepad or a controller is really the only way. I've tried using Pinnacle, Joy2Key, GlovePIE, and even if you get it to work, not having button mappings on screen, or not being able to do certain things in game is a deal breaker for me. I thought I would put a list togther of current games so that other people who have wrist problems, or just prefer using controllers could benefit. I've seen a lot of threads on different places asking for recommendations, and they all digress into a question of "why use a gamepad? buy a console" without any actual answers. So enjoy and contribute. I'll update as they are added.
