Since when do MMO's charge taxes on Monthly Subs?

    This is what we are supposedly are supposed to get charge according to The Tax Laws. However According to Sales Tax Definitions 57939.01 under the Revise Code Section and into the Digital and Social Media content was separated for that very reason. We had already purchased the game's physical or digital content and paid taxes on. Any Social interaction we buy more to continue that online experience such as Monthly Subscriptions should not be taxed. Any in-game content bought for the game shouldn't be taxed either. All that is considered Social Media. Thereby giving us a Tax Levy. That's the way the Tax Commissioner Agent explained it to me.
