Tried to log in today, and was told permission denied. My forum account said "lapsed". My account page said I had >1 day, with payment due tonight (according to customer service). Customer service had no clue why they shut it down hours early (and yes I have more than enough in my account to pay). They did give me a 3 day voucher to keep playing while they investigated, but am still waiting for forum access to be restored despite the three days already having been applied (due date now the 12th). Anyone else have this problem? My friend and his wife and son had their payment information wiped out and booted from game, they ended up having to put a different credit card in as ZOS wouldnt accept the previous one anymore (despite it being good).

No trouble here.
Although I'm sorry you're having issues, I think it's great that they gave you a 3-day voucher while they fix the issue. Best of luck to you.

If people in your guild were having sub issues, they wouldn't be online...
nope, logged in just fine.
I also think it's good that they gave you a voucher. Sorry for the issues.

So some guy makes a post to say his recurring sub didn't activate and you assume we all have the same problem? Well, as you weren't surprised by his post, maybe my post letting you know my sub was actioned with no issues will surprise you. Same for the 100+ people online in my guild yesterday.
As for the other guy whose friend and wife had to use a different card. Had they previously set up a subscription to get the 30 days and then cancelled before the 30 days were up? This is a common and entirely understandable thing to do, but I know from years of using cards to pay for various things online (not just ESO), that any type of cancellation from the buyer's end will mark the card used as 'expired' at the vendor's end. Probably down to heavy-handed protection software that doesn't differentiate between who is cancelling the purchase, or why, but when it comes to remote buying convenience will understandably lose out to risk-reduction. At least to a rational sort of person.
Im still waiting for them to correct this. They have charged my bank, but not given me the time.

I do t know what is up, wifes account on the same bank card had no issue. Im still on despite my account page having some jacked up expired date on it. CS replied and said all is well, but Im a skeptic as Ive had a lot of billing/account issues the first month.
