Cannot Post a New Thread in the ESO section

For whatever reason, when I submit a new thread in the ESO section, I'm getting a page not found error. The address it's sending me after clicking 'Post Message' to is http//www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm (note the lack of ':'). I'm using Google Chrome.

I can see that others are having no trouble, so I've taken the following steps:

  • Cleared cookies
  • Cleared all browsing data
  • Restarted browser
  • Tried alternative browsers (IE, FF, and Opera)
  • Reboot my PC
  • Tried a different PC
 
I'm wondering if it's anything to do with this account. Obviously, I don't use a second account to test that theory as that would be against the RoC.
