in Guild Wars
hey in game when you get skill points can you put them into something and take it out and put it into something else? like i mean if say you had 3 points in axe mastery could you take those 3 points out of axe mastery and put them in swordsmanship? and if you can can you do it as often as you like anytime without penalties?

you can to a certain extent. You have a set number of attribute point refunds, which are 'refilled' when you get xp or level. At the moment the limit is 24 attribute 'levels' which does allow for a pretty huge adjustment to attributes.

PvE in general is pretty lame, if you think long and hard about it. You are spending your time beating a severely gimped AI that would lose to a well trained monkey. Best not to think too long and hard why you are wasting time playing games in general actually...
