How big is this patch

Just purchased the game on 4 disks , after installing it started downloading a 1.5gig patch " I am on a 50gig a Month with my ISP  so I thought  Np , But now after finishing DL that patch any applying it it has started to DL anoth 750meg file  but the thing that scares me is the bar at the bottom is only at 2% complete.. at this rate the Patch with be larger than the whole game

I am not trying to be a jerk (and have no idea your situation) but you need far more than 50GB/month.  If you play games (and patch them/update) and stream video- You will shoot through that rather quickly and either get throttled or charged an arm and a leg.
