TESO (Elder Scrolls Online) Double Charged, No Refund!

Hi, I made this account because I can't post on their forums they have an invite only policy which I have been trying to get but even though I bought there crappy game and played for almost 2 months it wasn't good enough to be able to post on their forums, also to find another MMO and warn everyone considering to play TESO. 

This game has been nothing but a real expensive headache from day one.  The first day I bought the game my problems began, it says that the game comes with 1 month free but when you try to log on it says you have to pay for the game?? That's right, they want the first months sub cost even though it is supposed to be free which for me I have never heard of before to play a game.  They did refund my money 2 weeks later but why do that in the first place? It's not like I am renting a room and they want a deposit in case I break something it makes no sense,  I should have known from that point on how bad this would turn out but I wanted to get my moneys worth which was over $70 without their ridiculous sub fee.

The first time I logged on I played for about 15 mins and my guy got stuck I couldn't move and I had to kill myself, which you have to do so often they have a command for it. The 2nd time I tried to log on I got a error 209 message a version fail, I had to uninstall then reinstall the game which took about 2 hours wow what fun. Over the next 4 weeks of playing my character got stuck at least 5 time which I had to kill myself for (every time you die your armor gets damaged) I had 3 quests that didn't work and only one that I could go back to, I had to start all over again most quests were filled with bots that wait for the boss to spawn and you have to try and kill before the bots which some days is impossible.  The server was down for me at least 4 times when I tried to log in and I had to quit 5 or 6 times from a warning message that comes on the screen saying they are going to be down for maintenance.  Some of my bank items went missing that I never got back and there was days were the lag was so bad on their server it made it unplayable.

I looked on the internet to see if anyone else is having this much trouble and most places I went they said "It's a new game all newly launched games have their problems"  And the times I could actually play it wasn't a bad game I own Skyrim and I used to be a supporter for this company so I thought what the hell I will resub maybe they will iron out their problems, this would prove to be a real bad decision.  I resubbed  using my credit card that I thought that since they already have my info and it is all set up I would just use that.  I went to my account and re-subscribed and got a conformation email saying it was successful about 20 seconds later I got another email from them just as I finished reading the conformation and it said subscription payment failed, they tried to double charge me so I immediately logged on their website and signed in and it said I have 0 days in my game time. I then went to the forums to see if anyone else was having the problem and there was already a few posts of this happening to other people, so I decided to post there myself and tell them I too got double charged and received no game time, but when I tried it says that you can't post on the forums with out an invite?

So I emailed them immediately and they wanted my card info then they wanted my secret question and they just kept doing this for 12 emails I would get the same response that they would escalate this to the proper department, I even tried there call back option and to this day still haven't got it.  When I finally got through to someone through email they acted like this was the first time they have heard of this even though on their own forum there are many posts of this problem and just one of them alone has 16 pages of complaint of this very thing yet they play dumb and act like they don't know what i am talking about and said my bank is holding it, so I called my bank and they said my card doesn't work like that it is instant and there absolutely no holds on my card and they took the funds. 

So I had to email all over again and I got the runaround again asking for my card then when I gave it they asked for my secret question again then when I finally got through I finally got the supposed manager of there payment department and the loser acts the same way like he is complete oblivious to the problem and says the same thing that it is my banks fault so I had to email him back again and tell him no it is not there are no hold on my card then in his last email he want's my bank info and fax number so they could find out why they never got the payment and to release the funds WTF???? I just told these losers in 17 emails they took my money now this joker wants to take out more? It has been 5 banking days now 6 days total and I still have no money and they are still trying to deny they took it and have no game time or even acknowledged they owe me money so I don't know when if ever I will get my money back.  So stay away from this joke of a game and there shady business practices I don't care that they only owe me $15 it is the principle and for an low income person this could have been a nightmare they would have bounced or NSF charges on top of being ripped off with no game time for it. They lost this customer for ever I will never buy anything from them again and now I am on a mission to tell every single person I can of this rip off company and how they treat their customers.  PS anyone know of a good MMO I could join I am done with these losers?

    TLDR.

    If you used a credit card, call your CC company and tell them what happened, demand a refund.

    If you didn't use a credit card, learn your lesson and use it next time to protect yourself.

    Ya I used a CC and I did file a complaint, still waiting to see what happens, I only did it yesterday though, thought I would give them time to correct their mistake but I still have nothing for it.
