Review Of TESO After One Month Game Play

This game has been nothing but a real expensive headache from the first day I bought the game. It was supposed to come with 1 month free but when you try to log on it says you have to pay for the game, they want the first months sub cost even though it is supposed to be free which for me I have never heard of before to play a game. They did refund my money 2 weeks later but why do that in the first place? It's not like I am renting a room and they want a deposit in case I break something it makes no sense.
The first time I logged on I played for about 15 minutes and my guy got stuck I couldn't move and I had to kill myself, which you have to do so often they have a command for it. The 2nd time I tried to log on I got a error 209 message a version fail, I had to uninstall then reinstall the game which took about 2 hours wow what fun. Over the next 4 weeks of playing my character got stuck at least 5 times which I had to kill myself for (every time you die your armor gets damaged). Once I was knocked into a cage that I had to commit suicide to get out of? I had 3 quests that didn't work and the only one that I could go back to, I had to start all over again an most quests were filled with bots that wait for the boss to spawn and you have to try and kill before the bots which some days is impossible. The server was down for me at least 4 times when I tried to log in, I had to quit 5 or 6 times from a warning message that comes on the screen saying they are going to be down for maintenance. Some of my bank items went missing that I never got back and there were days were the lag was so bad on their server it made it unplayable.
When I tried to renew my subscription I got a conformation email saying it was successful, about 20 seconds later I got another email from them just as I finished reading the conformation and it said subscription payment failed, they tried to double charge me! So I immediately logged on their website and signed in and it said I have 0 days in my game time. I then went to the forums to see if anyone else was having the problem and there was already a few posts of this happening to other people, so I decided to post there myself and tell them I too got double charged and received no game time, but when I tried it says that you can't post on the forums with out an invite?
So I emailed them immediately and they wanted my card info then they wanted my secret question and they just kept doing this cycle for 12 emails I would get the same response that they would escalate this to the proper department, I even tried their call back option and to this day I still haven't got it. When I finally got through to someone through email they acted like this was the first time they have heard of this even though on their own forum there are many posts of this problem and just one of them alone has 16 pages of complaints of this very thing yet they play dumb and act like they don't know what I am talking about and said my bank is holding it, so I called my bank and they said my card doesn't work like that it is instant and there absolutely no holds on my card and they took the funds.
So I had to email all over again and get the runaround again asking for my card then when I gave it they asked for my secret question again then when I finally got through I finally got the supposed manager of there payment department and the loser acts the same way as the others, like he is complete oblivious to the problem and says the same thing, that it is my banks fault so I had to email him back again and tell him no it is not, there are no holds of any kind on my card, then in his last email he sent me he want's my bank info and fax number so they could find out why they never got the payment and to release the funds???? OMG he is still trying to deny they took it and now wants MORE MONEY this is ridiculous and I still to this day received no game time or even acknowledged they owe me money so I don't know when if ever I will get my money back.
So I give this joke of a game 0 out of 5. The company rips you off and when and if the server is actually up and you can actually play it, it is full of glitches, bots and bugs, STAY AWAY FROM The Elder Scrolls Online.

If you were billed and you're unable to access the game, you can just contact your bank and tell them you need them to reverse that charge because you're not ale to access what you paid for.
If everyone at Zeni keeps telling you that they didn't take any money, and they can't fix the problem, stop dealing with them and just go to your bank and get it fixed.
Quit running yourself into a brick wall and getting pissed that the wall itself won't move when you have the ability to simply go around it.

Its funny the game is a zero out of five but that's because the game is horrendously boring and players have no impact on the world. You are not reviewing the game your whining about your problems with the companies support and polices.
It seems like your going to a lot of trouble over a pretty inconsequential amount of money and an even more inconsequential game. If I was you I would chalk it up to time saved and money wasted and move on. No point in blowing a gasket

Go play TESO and spend less time trolling the forums and crying anytime someone state facts about your precious game if you don't like it then fanboy.
Am I gonna get kicked out of class now grammar teacher.......o wait this is the internet and I don't really care to much about grammar, maybe I do i intentionally to weed out the losers and trolls they are the only one who cry about grammar anyway.

You're just making people happy that you had such a bad experience.
So if I'm reading this right... the general message is: If you play ESO you'll never have to run into the OP in the future? Jeez, I may re-sub long before I planned if I keep seeing people like the OP leaving.
This goes for ~65% of the "I'm never playing ESO again and I thought you should know how much I hate it because I'm so important to the community here and I save all my punctuation for other posters because I'm just that kind of guy" posts. As for the others? They seem like decent people, and I'm sorry they had issues or didn't enjoy the game. As always, your experiences will vary.

Why would you even both giving them any more money once you realized that the game was a rip-off?
