Id like to preface this by saying, I have been a huge defender of ESO even with its problems and issues. I have enjoyed my time in game immensely and just hit level 22 the other night and didnt feel bored playing in the past month, I RP'd, PVP'd, and just went on epic adventures with friends.
However I check my account last night and it says I have 3 days of gametime left. Now I set up my sub on April 19th, I set up my sub and payed for an extra month because you need to have a credit card on file to play.
So my question is, wheres my free month from Imperial Edition I bought back in November?
Anyone else find this to be a huge problem?

Contact CS and see what the deal is. They'll be in a better position than any of us. For all of the griping, they've been pretty liberal with things like refunds and pretty straight about fixing billing issues.
I have contacted CS and they emailed me back to say they are looking into it, I gave them all my pertinent info for my account so hopefully ill have an answer for you guys within the night.
I am still curious as to whether this problem has occured for anyone else, It honestly just seems like a rare case because I have never had this happen in any previous MMO.
I have given up defending Zenimax after 3 weeks of play....
Its realy sad we just got "owned" again by a studio using a massive IP and giving us a half assed bot bug infested mmo
We get eaten alive by fanboys and the likes, but let it be known that we the people who had much faith in this studio got a major slap in the face...
Seems they got all stuff outsourced.....hell i would even think they outsourced their whole engine......at the rate they fix bugs or ban bots...
Try to get your money back and RUN like "all" of us do !!! RUN and never look back !!!
So CS has messaged me back, so in case anyone else has had this issue, here is the information I was given.
Apparently when you pay for the first month to authorize your credit card, you are given the free month of gameplay.
So basically if you cancel your account (which I have) before the 30 days are over, you technically wont be charged for the second month, it will not be charged to your account.
So basically they did it kind of backwards to how a normal MMO would do it, and in my opinion a rather poor way.
In a normal MMO, you get the first free month from the box, and your basically paying the $15 for the Second month.
The way ESO does it, your giving them 15 up front, to which they credit you the first free month, then if you chose to cancel that 15 is credited back to you.
Again a very odd way to do it, and I would have rather just gotten the 60 days for 15, then 30 for free, but thats my personal choice.
I don't know where you are going to run to and that's the sad part. If you are expecting a perfect launch with no issues, bugs, bots, or gold spammers then you may be running for a very long time.
