Who Are We? About the Black Talons

The Black Talons is an established gaming community that has been around for years. Our current group has played together competitively in WAR, RIFT, SWTOR, Guild Wars 2, and ESO. We specialize in the PvP aspects of MMOs and we approach this with a hardcore attitude when it comes to performance. We have consistently been one of the top PvP guilds in the games we have played and we are looking to continue this tradition in Wildstar. Our main focus in Wildstar will be PvP (Warplots, Warzones, and Arenas) with a secondary focus on raid content. If you believe that we may be the guild for you please check out our website.

 

Focus: [PvX with PvP focus] We are primarily a PvP guild with a secondary focus on PvE. We will spend most of our time focusing on PvP content ( Warplots and Warzones as a priority) but we will also have 2 weekly scheduled PvE raid nights.

• A loose guild hierarchy that allows anyone to make contributions and take a leadership role, regardless of the time spent in the guild (certain exceptions apply).
• We can provide you with in-depth 1-on-1 advice and information about class builds, strategies, and help with anything else you may require. We have weekly build meetings where we discuss everything from individual roles to total raid synergy.
• Our small roster allows us to all get to know each other very well compared to huge guilds and your contributions to the guild are noticed and valued.

Your Part of the Bargain: Membership Requirements

All new applicants must be able to fulfill these requirements. Please read through this list before you post an application because if you do not meet our expectations your application will not be considered.

• We are looking for active players who are able and willing to commit to most scheduled raids and PvP nights. Participation in the guild and guild events make us who we are.
• We expect you to enjoy and want to do a significant amount of PvP. We are primarily a PvP guild with a secondary focus on PvE and raids and we expect our players to have a similar focus.
• 18+: A certain level of maturity is expected from our players. We ask that all new applicants are over 18 and act like it.
• Be willing to listen to direction and support the guild in its efforts.
• We require that you download and use TeamSpeak for voice communication. You must have the ability to talk during PvP and Raids.
• Members must be able to accept constructive criticism and not get offended easily. If you are trolled easily this is not the environment for you.
