help me remember

I played a game a while back, and now I am totally stumped to what it was. All I know for sure is it is a console game (may have pc version but no clue) either xbox 360 or ps3.

 

I think it was post apocalypse type, I remember one part very well, but can not remember the rest. Near the start you are taken to (?) a small community where there are survivors. A few houses, gardens, greenhouse I think, playground stuff.

 

I know this is very little to go on, but if you have any idea what game this is please let me know!
