Anyone have any news about Neocron Reloaded?

I played Neocron 2 for a while years ago and loved it.  The feel of the game was awesome.  The gameplay was awesome.  Totally immersive.

 

I see Nukklear was thinking about bringing it back with Neocron Reloaded:

Has anyone heard anything about this?  Is it still in development?  I wasn't able to find a whole lot out about it other than what was on that site and maybe one or two others without alot of detail.
