Question for those playing....stealth glider details?

Basically I am looking to find out more about the stealth glider abilities.

Can you go invis on it any time?

Is there a timer on how long it lasts?

Is there a timer until it can be used again?

How crazy would it be to have a full guild stealth glide into a heavily populated pvp enemy area and all swoop down at once laying down aoe's and creating mass mayhem and casualties....

Can't wait to try this sort of thing.

Any comments are welcome. I did a search and didn't find any details on this.
