Subscription question

I am just about to buy Star Wars Galaxies: The Total Experience from play.com, only £14.99 GBP, which is cheaper than downloading it from SOE, which is kinda odd.

What i am wondering is that on the SOE store, you can use some worldpay or something like that payment method, meaning i can use my UK debit card to buy the game rather than using a credit card which i dont have. What i want to know is if i can use this to subscribe and activate my account? (the SOE site says nothing about this, just mentions credit cards, and their customer service, well, i wont mention that....).

Also, does the boxed retail version of TTE include the 30 days play like all the other boxed versions?

I'm not sure about your first question, but you do get a 30 day subscription with TTE. You may also find some game cards on Ebay.

debit card.i dont think so.u could proably buy game cards but over all u will proably have to buy a visa i have never tryied it with a debit card only with a visa.

After what seemed like an Era trying to get help on the live chat function on SOE, they told me that the Global Collect method for non-US currencies is an option for subscribing, thank god for that.

SWG here i come (after exams though wouldnt want to bugger them up noW)

If your debit card is also a visa card it would probably work otherwise no, there are no other options for paying besides ordering the pre-paid game cards.

My question: - Hi, i have looked on your website to buy the game, and it says instead of the credit card option there is an option to pay using Global Collect which is non-US currencies (I live in the UK), so i could use my UK debit card (solo) to buy it.
What i dont know about is that can you also use this method to activate and subscribe to the game?? It only mentions credit card elsewhere, and many people i have talked to said they dont know.
