So has this game actually launched or is it still in Head Start?

I have no idea what go2arena is, but if you purchased the game via the offical wildstar site, no key is ever "sent" to you. You will find your key in the apply a code section under "unused keys".

If you read their Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/go2arenaStore this is not undocumented. In fact, reading through this there is a HISTORY of the website not providing said keys in a timely manner. Buyer beware when you try to save a buck.

The pre-order page has dissapeared. So you can just buy it now without pre-order bonusses. So yes it has launched.
