I love the reference to Origin Systems, Chris' former workplace, founded by Richard Garriott. Which was sadly destroyed after EA bought it.

I figured the stuttering was a result of me playing the video on my crap laptop at work, but maybe not.

pre-Alpha footage probably isn't going to consistantly run at 60 frames in a game where your ship model has a million polys by itself.
