LF Browserbased, relatively text based, fast paced

I play http://uc1.gamestotal.com and have done so for almost 10 years now haha

The game is great, but due to its appearance, it doesnt really draw in new players, so with a dwindling playerbase, I was hoping to find something similar. This game is space themed, but doesnt really have to be.

I want browser based

When I say I want text based, Im not sure thats the correct term. This game is pretty text based, no real images aside from some planets and stuff. However, I would consider games like Tribalwars and Travian in the same category - the images that are there are pretty much standard images, and dont even need to be there

When I say text based, what I dont want is a text based adventure, where you walk around and stuff by saying walk east, go north, etc. 

I also dont want a game like runescape, where you physically walk around.

I guess what Im saying is I like point and click, pretty minimal graphics like Tribalwars/Travian, etc.

Strong Free to play option required - option to pay is fine, but Id like it to be possible for free players to be pretty much on par with paid players.

Doesnt have to be like what most of you think of as RPG, like I dont need a character with gear and stuff. Tribalwars I liked, pretty good strategy type play, but it comes down to setting things and coming back later when they are done, I do hate that type of thing.

What keeps me playing UC linked above is that I log in, and can either play 30 turn max storage with new turn gained every 8 seconds, or 1200 turn storage new turn every 30 seconds (allows sit down and play for hours, or log in a few times a day and play, so flexible schedule)

Whenever I see someone asking for a text-based game I forget which site I'm on and immediately think of Out of the Park Baseball. I don't usually plug games, but Markus and the staff there have made me feel like my opinions matter for over fifteen years now, so it's the least I can do.

After noting I'm on MMORPG I'm sure it's not what you were looking for, but just in case you're a baseball fan that's never heard of it.. I feel like it would be a disservice to you not to mention it. I should also mention it isn't browser based, but hey!

If not, sorry to have wasted a few moments of your life. If you do like baseball.. plan on wasting a lot of your life. Haha!

Commanders of Evony. It is new. It is in open beta, where your progress will be saved. They just opened up a brand new world for new players, too. It is sort of like tribal wars, but only newer and better.

Therian saga is indeed great, but it's very much a queue-and-forget type of game unless you do a lot of combat.
