I would say there is a small chance and I mean small that ESO will "re-launch" on the consoles as a B2P game in the fall with a TSW style store and mission packs.
I will be surprised if this game makes it to consoles.

I can see a reason for it ... it sucks on mostly every aspect and it's not worth paying a monthly sub just to play 1 aspect of the game for around 5 hours or something like that?

Unfortunately... no. I thought I'd give it another go and resubbed. After about 3 hours of play yesterday I decided I still don't like it and never will. There are just too many small things that I find annoying so this one will go in the same place as FFXIV ARR and TSW. I want to like it but sadly can't.

There is no chance of this being true from everything I've been hearing hear and elsewhere. Even the most hardcore fans among my friends during development have dropped it now and are going about Wildstar and SWTOR ( I have no idea why though)

I could say the same thing about most if not all MMOs with a subscription fee. If ESO isn't worth a sub, no game is.

When you judge something outside of the virtual world, you take its price into consideration. Sometimes it's the price which is a major factor in deciding if you'll buy something or not. Now apply this to virtual world.
If I have to pay 15$ just to log in and play this one aspect of the game which I like (I'm having casual play in mind so lets say you play it for about 5 hours a week) then I most certanly will not spend those 15$ because it's not worth it when I compare the content and what else I can play in some other games for that amount of money (that doesn't mean they're all MMORPGs, but mostly they are).
Now if that game would be free (or the sub would drop down in price) I'd probably pay and play that 1 aspect of the game which I enjoy. With free I can even decide if I want to give more money to the devs (if they do somehting good and improve the game) or less (if they fuck up somehting or don't do anything for a considerable amount of time).

Not for nothing, but if you are anxiously awaiting for it to go F2P, then the game must be worth playing. So why don't you subscribe?
freeloaders. no one likes them

I have to agree, no chance of F2P until a few months after the console launch, at the very earliest. So maybe in a year or so ?

No MMO has ever gone free to play before 11 months, and only one went f2p at that point (SWTOR).
So if it does it will take around 18 months to 2 years for that to happen, if you're holding for f2p it's kinda dumb to ask so soon.

+1. It's all dependent on what happens months after the console release. Mid 2015 before they even consider it. That's the pessimist in me.
The optimist, it won't go F2P.

Perhaps you have an ulterior motive?
