Hello everyone. As the title says, im trying to find a new MMORPG to play. I've been looking through the game list and forums for months and just haven't found anything i think i can really sink my teeth into. I have tried a bunch of different games but i found a new home yet. I'll usually download a game and play it for a level or two and determine whether or not i like it from there. I'm pretty sure i have a problem with not giving a game enough time before i just delete it and try to find something else. So i'm here now to see if anyone has an suggestions of games that i should give some time to. Ill list some games that i have played and one thing i liked about the game and one that i didn't like about it. Also i'm mainly looking for a Free to play MMO as i don't have as much time for gaming as i used to have, so i cant really justify spending even the 14 or 15 a month for a game that i can only dedicate maybe playing a few times a week. Any suggestions would be great and thank you in advance for any reply's.
1. Everquest - This is the first MMO i have ever played. I loved this game and i spent about 10 years on and off playing it. I loved the adventures, the groups, the community was amazing and it was just all around fun to me. Also im a huge pet class fan, so i liked the classes and fell in love with the necromancer. What i don't like about it is it doesn't have the community that i used to have. No one ever wants to group due to having merc's and when i do occasionally log back in, i find my self alone in some zone trying to level by myself.
2. Anarchy online - Also one of my favorite MMO's ever. To be honest i really liked this game because i was actually good at it lol. It had a large community when i played and it was always nice to sit at the branto burger as omni and find a nice group to run some missions with. Also it has pet classes which is a huge plus for me. Sadly its now having the same problem as EQ and ill log in to find myself looking for a group that never comes or just soloing myself to death.
3. World of Warcraft - Lets be honest, who hasn't played WoW? The game was amazing when it first came out, and just got better with every expansion ( My opinion of course). The game had pet classes and a large community, still does actually. I cant really see myself getting back into it right now tho. The thing that killed it for wow with me is the stat boosts that they put in the game. I really hate the fact that everyone runs around with a million health, Bosses have 193785923345K health and everyone hits for like a bajillion damage with every swing of a sword or cast of a spell. I know it may sound stupid but thats just a turn off for me. Although i do hear the new expansion coming is going to fix what i see as a problem. So we will see about this one.
4. Rift - Honestly i have only spent a few hours at best in this game. I think the graphics are pretty good in my opinion and it looks like it could be fun. Honestly tho im not really into the having multiple classes in one character, I just feel like a class should be dedicated to what it does. a Healer should be a healer, and tank a tank and so on. I don't think i really gave this game the time that i think i should have, but we will see what you guys and gal's have to say about it.
5. Guild wars 2 - I'm sorry to anyone who likes this game, but in my personal opinion this game was just awful. Probably one of the few games i gave some time to thinking it would be better but it just never did. i made it to like lvl 35 in this game and i figured if i made it this far and am still not enjoying the game then it'll probably just never happen for me.
These are just a few games that i have played. I've tried countless more but as i said i probably just didn't give them enough time. So to sum it all up, i'm looking for a fun game with a large community and some pet classes. I enjoy good graphics and all that, PVP is no issue for me seeing as i like to do that as well from time to time. Preferably something fantasy but as i had some really good times with Anarchy Online, i am willing to branch out some. Im interested in seeing what everyone has to offer. Thanks again everyone.

Nothing will beat EQ, this game was a success for many reasons and there was a strong and big community around.
Now the mmorpgs are just soloing machines with a chat.
Gaming industry needs more creativity.
