last 5sec of the new patch 2.3 trailer mentioned:
Welcome back campaign, July 11th - July 14th
which is basically 3 days after the release of the content patch 2.3 on July 8th.
the campaign is not free trail, but free days for those with registered account but are currently not subbed in the game.
