Registered, Password not recognised??

Hi,

I registered for the 14 day free trial for EVE, joined etc... downloaded the software (3366), ran it, added name and password.

A little window appeared saying name and password not right?!

Is this cause of 11am-12noon downtime? or am I doing something wrong?
