Well, I resubbed to take another look and now I need to slap my self for stupidity. In fairness, the bots have gone and there has been some quests fixed. Only to be replaced by such unresponsive combat it is crazy bad. I cast a pet imp and it turns up six seconds later, Many spell animations just dont work as it is such a lagfest. What else have they fixed... ah yes, the lack of reasons to group has been fixed, with dumbing down of quests to make everything easy soloable. I wanted to play with wife and a couple of friends but forget that, it is pointless.... there is zero challenge, zero tactics and even less interest. Now announced that the veteran ranks are being dumbed down too. Just the route Rift went, and see what happened to them, free to play then lost most of their player base. Hells teeth this game is so boring now. Cancelled again. For good.

"For pete's sake. I have just resubbed for a month and found that the only couple of early quests where you need a group have been nerfed. Baeleth who healed from the lava now stands like a dummy while you solo it. Just like Rift... they think dumbing down will bring the players in.... Then it becomes a bore fest... and I am getting bored fast. Wanted to team with wife and a couple of friends, but there really is no point. Cancelled... Again."
This then is the third time you have cancelled not the second? Might I ask you not to 'resub' again just so you can do another post about how you needed to cancel. Thanks.
Anyone who enjoys TESO: Just call these guys out, they talk crap and if you check their posts you can prove that's what they are doing.
I have been reading about the fps lag issue from Bcbully and others, apparently a recently added flaw which hopefully they resolve soon.
It does seem as if you may have gone back a bit too quickly, better to wait about 6 months in to see significant changes.

To be honost if I have similar opinions about some games like you had in a topic at 5/13/14 but with such opinion I wouldn't even give a game a second look.
So not to sure why you did? Okay you did slap yourself hehe, but really what was it that made you come back?
You might want to explain the issue you are having here. Are you a euro or aussie maybe?
There has been no change to quest/dungeon difficulty either...
Well it seems you posted this thread the day after you did the post I mentioned, not on the same day. As was mentioned I mixed up date as I read day/month. But my bad, the fact is I am so used to players coming on here and talking pants about ESO I jumped the gun, my apologies.
Is it just me? I have left AC, DAOC, COH/V, SWTOR, Rift, WH, TERRA, GW2, GW1, AO, TSW, and maybe some others I can't remember. But not once have I ever done a thread like this, not once. I have posted about deficiencies, but never felt the need to spew out vitriol on leaving a game. You could be forgiven for believing that some posters played for a month or two months and hated every minute of TESO, there are no good points only bad.
If it was that bad, why did you last in game so long? If it was me I would have bailed, but then we have not played the same MMO, as your experience is so different from mine we might as well be on different planes of oblivion.
If you go by logic then the americans read the date wrong because ...
Days, months, year ... that makes sense because the smallest first and at the end the biggest. But you read it months, days. year which makes no sense if you go by logic. You only think so because you are used to it but by logic this is wrong.
Not that it really matters now .... just had to say it.
This thread has taken a tangent, but in any case... Dates in the US until the computer age, have commonly been written as "Month Day, Year" for a very long time. For example, take a look at the top of the Declaration of Independence, which uses "July 4, 1776". Now, I would have to guess that this is indeed the reason why dates were abbreviated to MM/DD/YYYY here.
I notice the "Month Day, Year" format was in use by the Spectator newspaper in the UK as of 1946 as well, but I haven't narrowed down when it transitioned to "Day Month Year".
While DD/MM/YYYY does make sense, I have found that the ISO format of reversing this as YYYY-MM-DD is better for computer usage, particularly in instances where a sort needs to be done, as it works whether you treat the date as text or parse it to a date (and even more so if you also include in 24hr format HH:MM:SS).
