Not sure if this was posted before, did a "search" and nothing came up.
The whole experiance might have been pretty boring and I definitly would not like to play that way, but to me why I'm sharing is that the guy accepted a challenge and held up to it regardless. And felt it was actually a fun read how he achieved it.

"The story behind this is that I leveled this character without doing what most people do after finishing the initial starting zone quests, and that is picking either Alliance or Horde. I stayed on the isle and refused to betray the "Neutral" by choosing a side. I probably would have given up on it awhile back had my friend not suggested that I would never be able to do it. But now I will be able to say I have a 90, max level, of every faction."

It's not a bug/exploit, its intentionally made by Blizzard.
I don't know about you but I envy people with this much time to waste. What's so great about a job anyway. I would never work if I didn't have to.:P
Agree, but don't think Blizzard now asume's everyone will do such a thing to gain neutral specs. There is no advantage, it actually limits you in almost every way in the game world.
But I found it just funny that the guy accepted it as a challenge and "proved" to beat that challenge. Dispite I also would feel the guy could use his time more productive, it's still about that challenge regardless my personal feelings..
