i played the russian version and korean version some time ago.. havent played since..

But there seems to be a patch what changed some of the stats ingame both on weopons and armor and skills..

Healing used to be int based.. but it seems that now you have an seperate stats called healing power for it?

question:

Would it sitll be possible to have decent dps and healing with a build...or are the weopons and gear also adjusted with this healing stats?

Is it inpossible to gearup in a way to have decent healing power @ the same time but have decent dps aswell?

Well you're just talking about "dps."

There are three kinds of dps.  Ranged, melee, and magic.

Starting with the changes.  Magic power was int based but you should know the int stat was never really supremely important.  The most important factor by a long shot was always your magic power stat on your weapon.  Magic power used to be responsible for magic damage and healing power.

Now magic power affects your magic damage and a separate stat affects your healing ability.

Magic power is found on staves and scepters.  Healing power is found on clubs and greatclubs.

If you have a club equipped your magic attack will be extremely low.  You won't just do a little damage, you'll do almost no damage. Its the same with healing in that if you have a staff equipped your heals won't just be sub par, they'll be almost nothing.

So thats how it works with magic dps.  You need a staff or scepter to dps and you need a club or greatclub to heal.

As for ranged dps, that wasn't affected at all.  You can have a club and shoot your bow as usual.

For melee the clubs seem to do a little less damage than the other more melee oriented weapons but you can make it work.  Right now there are a few high end weapons that have both great dps and healing power on them.  A few have good dps and magic attack.  I'm not certain if these will stay in game though for release in the west.

Mostly the patch was just a nerf to people who want to have both magic attack and healing power at the same time.  Melee and ranged healing hybrids are pretty much business as usual.
