I'm not a comic person but I'll give my opinion anyway.  It is late here and Im feeling loopy.  Besides it has never stopped me before. 

If Batman is not wearing a kryptonite necklace, what chance does he have?   Superman is indestructible, right?

This movie is influenced off of Frank Millers Dark Knight Returns Part 2

In that batman creates a super suit to fight superman and he puts him down

Im sure in this movie though they will only fight for a little while and then become friends since this movie will lead to later Justice league movie.  Wonder Woman will be in this as well.

Also Batman is like in his 60s or 70s or something in that too, while superman is still pretty young physically
