    Signups in the global are now open.(presuming that you live in the US, Canada, or somewhere else in global).  Since you need help with getting an account on kMS, its obvious that your Korean isn't very fluent.  I'd reccommend against going to kMS.  Yes, Global MS has 3rd job adv.
