[LFG] Best F2P fantasy adventure mmo for 2014?

 I'm interested in playing a free to play fantasy adventure mmorpg on my laptop, one that has housing, crafting, lots of rideable mounts-vehicles, and plenty of character races and class jobs to choose from.

 

 I seen and read the stickied lists of games, and I do wonder if they're all still active, current and up to date.

 Would EverQuest 2 still be the best choice for the fantasty adventure free to play mmorpg for 2014?
