The motherboard isn't uniformly 62 C or any other temperature while it's turned on. The sensor is measuring some particular point--and probably a point where there's a chip that can get relatively hot. Still, I wouldn't worry about 62 C if that's as hot as it's getting, unless you're doing something stupid to block airflow.

I hope that is 62C under gaming load. If it is idle, you have a problem.
Get more airflow. Open the case. Point a fan at it. Cool your room better. Move the computer to a basement. Any of these will help.
Are those temps under gaming load? or idle?
If under gaming load then I wouldnt worry too much. You may just have a sensor in a particular spot on the mobo thats reaching that temp.
If those are idle temps then check the airflow in your case.
