Originally posted by Stuman I have enough left over affection for the game to see that it's still around and that the devs are still working on improving it - but not enough affection for it to actually resubscribe to it.I enjoyed playing the game that was for 2 years, and didn't enjoy the game that it had become 2 months ago. I can think of a few things I liked about the changes, and plenty that I didn't. In my case (and this goes for everyone else I know who left the game), the cons far outweighed the pros so I did what many, many others did and walked away. The game still holds the same fascination though as watching a car wreck - you know you shouldn't watch it but you can't help yourself.Still, at the end of the day I play online games for the relaxation and the enjoyment, and SWG2 provided me with neither of these things. It's not to say that this is the case for all, but its definitely the case for me.
Personally, I always thought that was the point to a game. Glad im not alone. Was starting to worry. lol

I completly agree it was a great game for me for the year and a half that i played now i am drawn to keep watching things for it.
i also agree that swg is a sandbox design and i liked that aspect of it but for me finding where to go is now easy but hard to do...while clicking the cancel key.
