Improving My Experience

So I recently came back to ESO after the launch left a sour taste in my mouth.  I have to say that I am impressed with the changes that Zen has made to the game and I like the direction that the game is headed. 

 

With all that said the gaming experience was lacking something and I couldn't put my finger on it...  until last night.  Last night I realized that the controls felt awkward to me.  I think a major piece is that lets face it ESO plays a lot like a console game but you are confined to the controls of a PC game, left mouse spamming to attack while pivoting the mouse around to get out of things while double tapping to dodge etc.  The whole experience to me felt less than optimal.  

 

So, I did some research and decided to play the game using my xbox 360 controller and all I can say is WoW!!!  The game feels like you're playing the console version.  It feels natural and smooth and I feel like I am playing Oblivion 2.0, it rocks.  I would highly recommend anyone that plays this game to give the controller thing a shot.  It takes about 2 hours to set up and you will obviously still need a keyboard for typing and whatnot but the gameplay is vastly better IMO.
