I am a F2P player and i have to say, i am very upset about this game. Even though i don't plan on spending a dime, i should be able to make a farm and a house. It doesn't matter to me that houses are in the open world making a limited supply, just make more land so myself and other F2P players can exploit land with 100's of free accounts.
Also, my labor points don't regenerate fast enough, and because of that i cant craft and gather more than a subscription player, which makes this game P2W. People who pay to support this game and keep it alive deserve nothing more than cosmetic items in the marketplace.
I tried to build a galleon solo without any help, and it was impossible. This game is so P2W.
And whats the deal with the questing, people say it ends at 30, but when i finished my main storyline i didn't have anything else to do, so i just stood around town complaining.
I tried questing solo after 30 and kept getting ganked. Since i have no friends i couldn't get anyone to come help me. Having a guild is like talk to win, i cant be involved in a game like this.
I tried to do tradepacks, but there is nowhere in the world i can plant grapes except for everywhere that there is not already a house or farm, which are owned by p2p players, so p2w.
Even though the combat is more skill based than gear based, paying players can get better gear earlier than me, even though i can still get the same gear with a little extra work, its still p2w.
For all the nothing i have invested in this game i am entitled to more than just unfettered access to all combat abilities and all content that does not involve crafting or gathering. Even though in combat i am practically equal to most other players that invest the same amount of time as me in the game, its still p2w.
Then, when i post on the AA forums about all this, people get mad and flame me, such a toxic community

OMGZERS...AA is like the 2nd coming of god....forget about WoW, what's WoW? what's any other MMO? don't know....next....
LP is the awesome...every game should implement this because it makes games so epic. Let's have an open PVP world without full looting...what an innovative idea....
Let's blame people that don't like LP on the LP issue. It's their fault because they don't like it...has nothing to do with it being a cash grab...
Let's blame FTP players for complaining all day even though AA said it was a FTP with a sub option, not a sup game with a FTP option....

I agree wholeheartedly with your post... except for the one comment I highlighted. Do you even understand what Talk to Win is? You have only made 3 posts in over a year. Do these 3 comments or rather moments define you?
