I was never a fan of this game. Not in development and not even in beta. The first time I played, I bitched about the overly-stylized characters and didn't really give the game a fair shake. Recently I just got a 7 day quest pass and figured I'd give it a fair go. I got past the character creation and played for a few hours. I'm not gonna lie, once I got past the loom of the character and got I to the world, I started to love it. I really liked the environments, storyline, combat all of it. Its just fun.

My 7 day pass ran out last night and I was noticeably bummed out around the house... Until I realized that I had another one I had secured for my cousin who had gotten his own. Hazaaaa! 7 more days!I'm probably gonna buy it when this one runs out. I'm not saying its the greatest game ever, but its fun as hell and that's really my only requirment lol.

Just wanted to take the time and say that I was wrong about wildstar.

Really nice to hear someone enjoying the game. 

 

I am almost exactly the opposite however. I was a huge fan loved the game was having so much fun, then I got caught up in that account accidentally suspended BS and found myself 14 days behind my friends and guildmates. 

 

Since then I just do not enjoy the game. I've now payed my sub for 3 months that I havent even logged in, doubt I will be paying for a fourth.

I'm on Evindra at the moment playing an Exile Medic. The game was really able to pull me in, which is not an easy task for an original IP lol.

theres is always a game out there for everyone. Glad you gave it a fair go and enjoyed it. It happend the exact opossite with me, the more i played and tried different stuff in game the less i enjoyed it. One thing i love from WS is the visuals, but that alone wont keep me playing any game.
