Take a look at the top raiding guilds on Pergo, Dominion. Not a single 3-Day raiding guild for people who are serious about raiding but serious about other things in life as well.
<Swizzled> is the answer to that problem.
We're looking to build a raiding team of dedicated, intelligent individuals who are willing to set aside 11 hours out of their week to reach end game material.
<Swizzled> will be accepting applications for our initial 20 man raiding group until September 14th, 2014. At that point we will sift through the apps and create our A team for Genetic Archives. If all goes according to plan, we will begin our first 3 day week precisely 1 week later on the 21st.
Our raids times are set as follows:
Monday - Wednesday 8:30 - 12 EST
Attendance requirements are as follows:
Members are expected to hold an 83% attendance rate. For the mathematically challenged that is 5/6 raids attended every 2 weeks. We are trying to make this guild easy to be a part of but we'll be expecting a lot in return for that convenience.
We are accepting all classes but will be limiting invitations to what we need most.
Previous MMO raiding experience is a must.
