Finally. The queue grace period for disconnects

Queuing because the server is busy is one thing... needing to re-Q after a crash or disconnect is a whole different matter and very annoying... no more. Now there's a ~5 minute grace period after a disconnect when you can get back in without a re-Q. 

 

I made a post asking for this on day one of early start. Amazing they got it done 3 days later.
