PS4 Exclusive Armor??

in Destiny

So i know this exists but when/where/how do we acquire the PS4 timed exclusive armor in game? By doing a strike? A vendor soemwhere? Pure luck?

    its a set of level 10 green quality gear. You can find it at the quartermaster NPC that is located nearby the airship/mount dealer (on the right wing of the tower).

     

    EDIT: if you activated the code on the PSN store then that NPC will always offer the gear set on every character.

    actually i'm referencing the rare gear sets they have for PS4 (vanir, manifold, argus)? Are these just drops from strikes and what not?
