Trying to play but stuck in endless opening video loop?

I'm launching the game through the Glyph environment (using the same account I signed up for with the beta)

I get into the opening screens and then it says "confirm username and password" I click the box and then it dissapears and I'm stuck on the opening movie which just repeats constantly in a loop.

I can't escape out of it or get to a login screen?

What's wrong?

Edit the system.cfg  file in the Documents/Archeage folder by changing the line that says login_first_movie = 0 and change the 0 to 1.

I had this same issue and I had to add Glyph to my firewall exceptions and launch ArcheAge as administrator.

I had the same thing, but I closed everything out and restarted and it cleared it up.
